SPARKLING WINE. CHARDONNAY. PINOT NOIR. S.W.
Bouquet shows hints of citrus, bread and a touch of wild honey. The palate is crisp and fresh with lovely fruit complexity and creamy, dry finish.

SEMILLON. SAUVIGNON BLANC.
The palate is textured and firm with snow pea, grass and lemon thyme. There is underlying passionfruit and lychee. All flowing along a single line with a fresh, crisp finish!

FRUIT DRIVEN AND LIGHT WITH A SOFTLY TEXTURED PALATE. FLAVOURS OF CHERRY BLOSSOM, STRAWBERRY AND SPICED GOLDEN PEAR WITH A SOFT LONG FINISH.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON. CABERNET FRANC.
Lush with ripe dark fruit flavours. Forest floor and tiny hints of eucalyptus. Maturation in french oak barriques has created a concentrated and complex wine with lovely layers of vanilla and hints of dark berries with lingering pepper on the finish.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON. MERLOT. MALBEC. PETIT VERDOT.
A complex but harmonious blend of aromas and flavours. Its array of blackberry, blackcurrant, bay leaf and cocoa. All in union with cedar oak. Soft and supple finish. tannins so fine that are almost silky.
